Abstract:

Our daily activities impact carbon dioxide (CO2) levels in the atmosphere. Increased CO2 levels have lead to the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is the subject of heated debate among scientists, climatologists, and polititians. Some believe that the Earth's temperature will rise by nearly 10 degrees over the next century, while others believe the weather will stay relatively "normal". Decide for yourself after seeing the data and hearing the arguments of both sides. Then learn about the pro's and con's of the existing energy options including fossil fuels, nuclear, wind, hydro, and solar.
