This 3-ring, looseleaf notebook has information that will make possible the selection of trees and large shrubs suitable for planting underneath or near power lines without requiring expensive and disfiguring pruning. Contains 119 fact sheets about cultivars and species that are adapted to Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. Each fact sheet gives a brief description (including 2 or 3 color photos); discusses site and climate requirements, culture, and disadvantages and limitations to each species' use.
