    The Minnesota Green Careers website was funded in part by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. A total of $1.15 million was awarded to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) in December 2009 for the period of December 2009 through May 2011 to collect, analyze, and disseminate information on green jobs in Minnesota.
