Abstract: 

Happy Dancing Turtle offers tours of the Hunt Utilities Group Campus in Pine River. The campus, home of Happy Dancing Turtle, is a research and development campus, dedicated to sustainable living. Tours can be tailored to your needs, and can include examples of natural building, permaculture, solar and wind power, earthen plaster (cob) construction and artwork, water catchment and recycling, composting, beekeeping, living roof, and Rural Renewable Energy Alliance (solar installations). Visits to campus can also include hands-on activities, such as papermaking, outdoor activities, and environmental games. A visit to our campus is a wonderful introduction to sustainable living, and would be appropriate for any community or school group, individual, or organization.
