Abstract:

The Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) is a nonprofit organization that promotes energy efficiency to strengthen the economy while improving the environment.

At the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), our experienced staff works with businesses, utilities, government, nonprofit organizations and communities to design and implement practical, innovative, energy efficiency programs that help to reduce energy waste and save money. The keys to success are our experience in the industry and the dedication of our staff. We have been a leader in the energy field for more then 30 years and use our experience to provide a broad spectrum of services including research, program development, financing and public policy.

Our outreach and education programs often include site visits and focus on residential energy efficiency education and youth energy efficiency education. They include: The Minnesota Energy Challenge, Businesses Bringing Energy Home, Congregations Saving Energy, and The TOLBY (Turn Off Lights Behind You) Program for students in elementary school.
