Annual pancake brunch and maple syrup program--As winter gives way to spring, the sap starts flowing in the maple trees. That's maple syrup time at the Audubon Center! Come join us for our annual Maple Syrup Day - a pancake brunch and hands-on maple syruping program. You will learn which trees in the woods are maple trees, and the history and process of making maple syrup. Then, help us will tap some maple trees, collect and haul sap, and observe the sap being processed in to liquid gold maple syrup. Reservations required – call 888-404-7743 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to make reservations.
